Sports Relief 2016

On Friday 18th March we all took part in Sport Relief 2016. Everyone came to school dressed in a team shirt or a kit from a sport in which they participate We saw a whole range of kits worn from ballet to rugby!

Despite the chilly weather we all had lots of fun taking part in a range of sporting activities including skipping and relay races. A big thank you to the Junior School Captains who helped run the events so well.

Thank you to all of those who donated. We raised £244 which will pay for two children in Nepal to go to school for a whole year, as well as a year’s supply of school exercise books for 40 children.

Finally congratulations to Liam Danaher who won the Junior School sports fun afternoon in ‘Beat the goalie’ and ‘Netball’ competition.
